You can provide them with Avigade’s tracking to assist them with their investigation. You can also generate a link in your Avigade app to share the live location of your stolen vehicle to the authorities.

Do I install the tracker myself?

Installation Service are provided at a fee anywhere in Malaysia.

Does My Device come with warranty?

Avigade trackers come with one year or lifetime warranty depends on your plan. In the event of device malfunction, we will replace a new device for you for free. terms and condition applied. 

What happens if there is no data coverage in some areas?

Avigade trackers are equipped with internal memory to store local data for 3 hours. 

How long will Avigade store my data?

Your data will be stored for 6 months.
